What is it ?
This is a battery management bug, in fact battery was totally empty so you have not enought energy to boot up your device.
To correct it plug power in, wait a quarter hour, there you’ll have a red notification light but can’t boot (still black screen) wait a little more (better is 1 to 2 hours) and power on your device.
Once started let it plugged to finishing the charge.
